Sculpture suspended in space, the Vela collection tells a story with its planetary spheres and eclipse-evoking discs. Named for the Vela constellation, its spherical luminaires use Rakumba's Typography rail system as the axis of an orbital space and can be positioned anywhere along or around the rails, in vertical or horizontal compositions. Vela Globe 85 is one of the rail luminaires of the collection.
This is a single rail luminaire, not a complete light. It mounts on the Typography rail system, which is ordered separately: please specify the rail length (150 to 2800 mm, lengths can be joined), the mount (ceiling, wall, counter to ceiling, wall to wall, or canopy for concrete substrate), suspension and dimming protocol. These options change the price. Ready-made compositions are available as Typography Vela pendant and gantry sets.
