No. There is never a payment online, nor will we ask for your banking details. You will receive your quote via email, and only when you confirm the quote you'll receive a pro forma document to pay.

Depending on the items in your order, you will receive a pro forma either from us, or from the brand directly.

The prices shown are recommended retail prices, excluding VAT, shipping, transport or duties where applicable.

Your quote will show your complete project price, including all duties, taxes and shipping costs.

We ship worldwide to wherever your projects are happening. Our main serviced markets are Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Monaco and Spain. The project location however is mostly irrelevant. Except for Antarctica, we don't deliver there.

On every brand page you can check the availability of each product in your area.

The number of brands is - in our opinion - slightly less relevant. We have a wide range of furniture, lighting and decoration brands available to choose from, depending on the specific needs for your project.

If we don't have a specific product available yet, our sourcing team will handle that as well. Chances are limited we're not able to provide, but you never know...

In any case, we always work with high end and premium design brands. The updated list is available in the brands menu.

For larger projects we can also provide 2D mockups or 3D renders on request and eligibility of your project.

Lead times depend on the brand, the product and the finish. Your quote will show the lead time of every piece, meaning the time it will take to get your specified product made.

Remember to take into account the shipping delays to your loading dock.

For brands using their own fabrics and leather sets, we'll get in touch and check what's available.

For commonly used fabric brands like Kvadrat, Camira or others, you can request samples directly from those companies' websites.

Yes. We start from your 2D DWG plans and moodboard, and take it from there together. This is mostly done for larger projects, and usually involves a kick off meeting to get aligned on scope, budget and time restrictions.
