Concord Armchair

Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune and inspired by the layers of the earth's atmosphere, the Concord collection is built up in horizontal levels: legs, frame, seat, lower backrest and upper backrest each read as a separate layer of curved plywood. The Concord armchair adds armrests to the layered shell, fully upholstered or semi-upholstered with a beech or oak veneer upper backrest, on a solid wood base or an aluminium swivel base.

Construction

• Shell with armrests: curved plywood, upholstered; semi-upholstered model with beech or oak veneer upper backrest
• Base: solid beech or oak; 4-star swivel aluminium base; or 5-star swivel aluminium base with gas height adjustment and castors (black polyurethane tread, polyamide core)
• Wood stains: S80 natural, S82 dark natural, S85 brown, S10 white, S90 dark grey, S99 black (matt)
• Swivel base: black painted or polished aluminium
• Glides: nylon (all floors), felt (hard floors, noise reducing) or metal (carpet, easy sliding)
• Capdell is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified; PEFC certified wood

Options

• Fabric categories 1 to 5, leather category 6, or customer's own material (COM, plain fabric 140 cm wide; quantity per piece shown in the configurator)
• COM in leather, fabric with a pattern to centre or a mix of fabrics on one piece: +38.90 EUR per piece, quantity on request. COM must reach the factory at least 6 weeks before delivery.
• Gloss finish, special colours, flame retardant foam and special sizes on request
• Production time 5 to 8 weeks; 5-year warranty
