Hilla Havkin

Hilla Havkin is an architect and designer born in Tel Aviv. She first earned a degree in biology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, then graduated in architecture from Tel Aviv University in 1999. In 2005 she founded Havkin Architects, which works on residential, commercial and public buildings as well as furniture and products. Her mixed training shapes an approach that seeks harmony and emotion, with close attention to detail and materials and a touch of humour. For GAN she designed the Bloom rug collection.
