Christophe Pillet

Christophe Pillet is a French designer born in Montargis in 1959 who lives and works in Paris. He graduated in decorative arts in Nice in 1985 and completed the master class at Domus Academy in Milan. He assisted Martine Bedin and Michele De Lucchi in the Memphis circle, then worked alongside Philippe Starck before becoming independent in 1993. His work covers furniture, interior architecture and objects, with a strong focus on materials and finishes, for brands such as Cappellini, Driade, Edra and Lacoste.
