Terence Woodgate

Terence Woodgate is a British industrial designer specialising in furniture, lighting and collectable design, working from his studio in Girona, Spain. His stripped-back, minimal style favours subtraction over addition, with close attention to detail and manufacture, and draws on sculptors such as Donald Judd and Sol LeWitt. He was elected a Royal Designer for Industry in 2003. Clients include Cappellini, Moroso and SCP, and his Surface carbon fibre table for Established & Sons is among his best-known works. His designs are held by the V&A in London.
