Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner is a German designer born in 1981 who studied product design at the HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design and founded his studio in 2006. Based in Offenbach, he designs furniture, lighting and objects for manufacturers such as Thonet, Moroso, Fritz Hansen and Gubi, and also works on interiors and exhibition design. His approach combines respect for traditional crafts with new technologies. His Bell Table for ClassiCon is widely known, and Maison&Objet named him Designer of the Year in 2019.
