Arik Levy

Arik Levy is an artist and designer born in Tel Aviv in 1963 who lives and works in Paris and Saint-Paul-de-Vence. He moved to Europe in 1988 and graduated with distinction from Art Center Europe in Switzerland in 1991, and a formative period in Japan shaped his minimal, process-driven approach. His practice spans sculpture, lighting, furniture, scenography and installations. He was made Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in 2009, and his work is held by the Centre Pompidou and the V&A.
